MRI Black Powder Review

Hey everyone! Last time you heard from Ryan, a former college football player who wanted to review some of his recent favorite products. Today, I'm going to tell you about my current favorite pre-training formula.

First, a little about me. I'm Tiffany, a recent college graduate. I cheered for 15 years and always had a value for staying active, but never really got into working out or weight training until college. Like a lot of other women, I was worried that lifting weights or taking supplements would make me "look like a man." Luckily, after a lot of encouragement and a little trial-and-error, I realized that is simply not true. The supplements I use most often are protein powders and bars as well as pre-workout and recovery drinks.

I've had the opportunity to test out quite a few popular products in the pre-workout segment, and I must say, none have impressed me as much as MRI's Black Powder. This product was released in 2007 and was received well by consumers in the market. I first tried Black Powder in the spring of 2008 and it was the very first pre-workout I ever tried. Admittedly, I'm picky when it comes to taste, but the Fruit Punch flavor was nothing to complain about. I was worried that I might feel jittery or light-headed, but that never happened before, during, or after my workout. I got a fresh boost that allowed me to work harder and longer. After tasting all of the flavors, I've discovered that Blue Raspberry is my favorite.

I started off just taking half of the recommended serving because I am smaller than the typical user of this product. I take it according to the directions and have yet to experience any negative effects. This product definitely lives up to the hype. I'd suggest it to anyone looking to get a better workout.

Review of VPX NO SyntheSize and NO Shotgun Stack

Hi everyone! I'm Ryan, a recent graduate of Wingate University, where I played tight end on the football team. I enjoy working out and staying in shape, and naturally, I've tried quite a few of the products that can be found at Taylor's Nutrition. Today, I want to give you all my take on the VPX stack shown above. A few of the qualities that really stood out are the protein content, increased energy during my workout, and overall effectiveness of these products.

First of all, the protein content per serving is impressive for a pre- and post-workout combination. NO Shotgun (pre-workout) contains 18g of protein per serving, while NO SyntheSize boasts 20-21g of protein in each scoop. You might be saying, "So what, it has protein. Why does that matter?" Protein is the building block of muscles. If you want to get stronger, leaner, or even have a more effective workout, protein is a MUST. If used properly, you will get 38-39g of protein each time you take the stack.

Also, NO Shotgun drastically increased my energy during my workout. I take it according to the directions by mixing one scoop of Shotgun with 8-10 ounces of water. (You can take it with your favorite beverage, but for taste purposes I stick with water.) It can be taken 30 minutes prior to any type of athletic event or resistance training. While using this product, I noticed that I was having more intense and effective workouts, but I had plenty of energy. I never once experienced nervousness or was jittery. Shotgun is made with Redline technology, another energy boosting product made by VPX. This is part of the reason for the increased energy in my workout.

Together, these products are extremely effective. SyntheSize does not include caffeine or any other stimulants, so it can be taken at any time of the day. However, to be the most effective, it is recommended that it is taken within 30 minutes of working out or an athletic event. The creatine content present in SyntheSize is great for your muscles; just be sure to drink enough water during the course of the day. VPX suggests drinking an additional 1/2 ounce of water per day for each pound of body weight. Since taking these products, I have seen my lifts increase, my muscles have grown in size, and my workouts are more effective than they ever have been.

I have tried a number of products to boost my workouts, including N.O. Xplode, NO Ignite, and Muscle Marinade. VPX's stack of Shotgun and SyntheSize surpass them all. The taste is great (especially watermelon), and the stack can be purchased online at www.taylorsnutrition.com. Each comes in a variety of flavors, and when you buy the stack, you save $57, which is almost a 50% saving off of the list price. I highly recommend both NO Shotgun and NO SyntheSize. If you try them, you will see great results.
